I had the pleasure of meeting Kim when my son was in the NICU. Kim was a member of the same mom group I had joined when I was pregnant and being a NICU nurse, she made sure to come visit with me during one of her shifts. I didn’t have the opportunity to attend a meeting before I had my son due to complications and I just thought it was the sweetest gesture for her to come see us. Kim was also pregnant at the time with her very first child – a soon to be very beautiful girl, that also spent some time in the NICU herself. Kim was such a devoted mommy during that time she cared for her daughter while she continued to gain strength and then eventually was sent home with Kim from the hospital. Fast forward to about a month later, well exactly a month after Kennedy was born, and we finally found a date and beautiful weather for this session. Kennedy was officially one month old on her session date and was such a good baby for her session. She was wide awake the whole time and you could tell she was the biggest blessing to both Kim and Nate. Kim created the most dreamy nursery I have ever laid eyes on and it was the perfect backdrop for Kennedy’s session.
